GP Projects is an independent property advisory and marketing platform covering Greater Noida, Noida and the wider NCR. We help buyers and investors shortlist, verify and negotiate — and we say so plainly when a project does not deserve their money.
How we work
Shortlisting
We take a brief — budget, location, timeline, self-use or investment — and come back with three to five projects that fit, including the trade-offs of each.
Current pricing
We pull the live price list, applicable offers and the inventory genuinely available, rather than the numbers a portal published last quarter.
Site visits
Assisted visits across Greater Noida, Noida and the Yamuna Expressway corridor — multiple projects in one trip, with an advisor who knows what to check on site.
Document review guidance
We walk you through RERA registration, approvals, the builder–buyer agreement and the payment plan, and flag what needs your lawyer’s eyes.
Home loan coordination
We connect you with lenders active on the specific project and help assemble the file, so sanction does not become the bottleneck.
Post-booking support
Milestone tracking, developer follow-ups and support through to possession — the part most brokers stop caring about.
How we are paid
Our advisory is free for buyers on the projects we market. We are compensated by the developer on a successful transaction. That is the standard channel-partner model in Indian real estate, and it creates an obvious incentive — so we disclose it here rather than leaving you to work it out. If a recommendation ever looks like it is serving us more than you, ask us directly what we earn on it.
What we will not do
- We will not tell you a project is a guaranteed appreciation play. Nobody can know that.
- We will not quote a price we have not confirmed with the developer that week.
- We will not push you toward the project that pays us most — and we will tell you which pays us what if you ask.
- We will not present ourselves as a developer, or as any developer’s own corporate website or in-house sales desk.
- We will not publish invented testimonials, awards or booking counts. If you see a claim here, we can substantiate it.

We are not a developer and this website is not owned, operated or endorsed by any developer whose projects may be referenced here. All project names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Prices, plans, layouts, specifications, approvals and timelines are indicative, subject to change and must be independently verified with the developer and the relevant RERA authority before any purchase decision. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a contract.
Where we operate
Greater Noida and Greater Noida West, Noida including the Expressway sectors, the Yamuna Expressway corridor around the upcoming Noida International Airport, and selected projects elsewhere in Delhi NCR. If you are looking outside these markets, we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
