Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information GP Projects collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what control you have. It covers this website (gaursonsproject.com) and the lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram through Meta Ads Manager.

GP Projects is an independent property advisory and marketing platform. We are not a real estate developer, and this website is not the corporate website of any developer.

1. Who is responsible for your data

GP Projects determines how and why your personal information is processed for the purposes described here. For any privacy question or request, write to connect@gaursonsproject.com or call +91 99990 00111.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Full name and mobile number (required on every enquiry form).
  • Email address, if you choose to provide it.
  • Property preferences you choose to share: budget range, purchase purpose (self use or investment), purchase timeline, home loan requirement, whether this is your first property, preferred location, preferred site-visit date and any message you write.
  • Your consent to be contacted, together with the exact consent wording and the timestamp.

Information collected automatically

  • Campaign attribution: UTM parameters, referring URL, landing page, and advertising click identifiers such as fbclid and gclid, plus Meta's _fbp/_fbc cookies where the pixel is active.
  • Campaign, ad set and ad identifiers passed through the advertisement URL.
  • Device type and browser, derived from your browser's user-agent string.
  • IP address, stored in truncated form (the final octet is removed) where our configuration enables it. This is used for fraud and spam prevention and for approximate region reporting only.

Information from Meta Instant Forms

If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your responses and passes them to us through its Lead Ads integration. We receive the answers you gave, the form and page identifiers, and the campaign, ad set and ad the form was served from. Your consent for that submission is captured by Meta inside the form; we store a record of it alongside your enquiry. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry. Contacting you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about the property you asked about, and about comparable options in the same brief.
  • To provide advisory services. Shortlisting, sharing pricing and floor plans, arranging site visits, and coordinating with the developer and with lenders where you ask us to.
  • To measure our advertising. Understanding which campaigns produce genuine enquiries, so we stop paying for the ones that do not.
  • To prevent abuse. Detecting duplicate and automated submissions.
  • To meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Retaining proof of the consent you gave.

We rely on your consent for marketing contact and for non-essential cookies, and on our legitimate interest in operating an advisory business for the remainder. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. The consent you give on our forms

“By submitting this form, I consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding the selected property and related real estate opportunities. I have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.”

The consent checkbox is never pre-ticked. We store the exact wording shown to you and the moment you accepted it, so there is a verifiable record on both sides.

5. Who we share it with

  • Our CRM. Enquiries are synchronised into our customer relationship management system (ZAFROI / HOD CRM) so an advisor can follow up and so we do not lose your request.
  • Developers, when relevant. If you ask us to arrange a site visit, a price confirmation or a booking for a specific project, we share the details necessary for the developer to service that request.
  • Lenders, only if you ask. We share your details with a bank or housing finance company only when you have asked us to help with a home loan.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms. Where you have granted advertising consent, we send Meta and Google conversion events. Contact details sent to Meta's Conversions API are hashed with SHA-256 before transmission; the platforms do not receive your details in readable form from us.
  • Infrastructure providers. Hosting, database and email providers who process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies keep the site and its forms working, and store your cookie choice and your campaign attribution. These are set regardless of consent because the site cannot function without them; attribution values stay on your device and are only transmitted when you submit a form.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) load only after you grant the matching category. You can change your choice at any time — .

7. How long we keep it

  • Active enquiries and client records: for the duration of the engagement and for 3 years afterwards.
  • Enquiries that did not progress: 24 months from the last contact.
  • Consent records: retained for as long as we hold the associated enquiry, as evidence of permission.
  • Raw advertising webhook payloads: 12 months, for reconciliation and dispute resolution.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is inaccurate;
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • stop contacting you for marketing purposes;
  • withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Email connect@gaursonsproject.com with the mobile number you used, and we will respond within 30 days. To stop calls immediately, tell the advisor on the call — the request is actioned the same day.

9. Security

Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Administrative access is restricted to authenticated staff accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send scanned identity documents, bank details or payment information through the website forms — an advisor will tell you the appropriate secure channel when those are actually needed.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults evaluating property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we contact you will be communicated directly where we hold a valid contact address.
